How is the gold stored?

Reserves are held at independent vault partners in segregated, allocated storage and audited by independent third parties.

How is token value determined?

Each AURB token's value is tied to its fractional claim on the underlying allocated gold reserve.

How can I buy AURB tokens?

Tokens can be purchased during the active offering stage at the current stage price; terms are published in the whitepaper.

Is Aurbit Reserve regulated?

Aurbit Reserve is structured to align with applicable securities and digital-asset frameworks; full detail is in the Terms & Conditions.

Each vault partner is independently audited and specializes in allocated precious-metals custody; see the Gold Reserves page for details.

Yes — the smart contract code governing token issuance and reserve verification is audited by independent security firms and published so anyone can review it.

Does AURB track the live gold spot price?

Token value is tied to the underlying allocated gold reserve, which moves with the market price of gold. Trading price on any secondary venue may also reflect supply and demand.

Are there any fees when investing?

Platform fees, if any, are disclosed in the offering documents. Standard blockchain network fees also apply to on-chain transactions and are outside Aurbit Reserve's control.

What happens if the offering doesn't reach its hard cap?

The offering is structured around a soft cap as its minimum viable raise. Proceeds are used according to the terms in the offering documents regardless of whether the hard cap is ultimately reached.

Will AURB be listed on secondary exchanges?

Secondary market access is part of the long-term roadmap. Availability depends on exchange partnerships and regulatory approval in each relevant jurisdiction.

What KYC/AML checks are required to invest?

All investors complete identity verification and anti-money-laundering checks before participating, consistent with applicable securities and financial-crime regulations.

Are there any geographic restrictions on investing?

Availability may be restricted in certain jurisdictions depending on local securities regulations. Eligibility is confirmed during the KYC process.
